About the Opportunity 
We’re looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our HR Team and play a vital role in shaping our hiring experience. You’ll get a front-row seat to everything that goes into attracting, assessing, and onboarding top talent — all while being a key contributor to our vibrant culture. 

What You’ll Be Doing 
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and evaluating potential candidates across tech and non-tech roles. 
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers. 
  • Own and manage the recruitment pipeline from application to offer, maintaining detailed records in our applicant tracking systems. 
  • Communicate with candidates on behalf of the HR team, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process. 
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to share insights and optimize the hiring journey. 
  • Support daily operational and administrative tasks within the recruitment team. 

What We’re Looking For 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you're approachable, articulate, and a great listener. 
  • A genuine interest in recruitment, HR, and building a people-first workplace. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and curious mindset. 
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft tools. 
  • Bonus: Any previous experience or internship in HR/recruitment.
