Role Overview:

We are hiring for a fresher-level Outbound Growth Associate role focused on business development and revenue generation in a B2B environment.
This is an execution-driven role where your primary responsibility will be to consistently reach out to potential customers using structured processes and provided resources.
You will be trained and supported, but success in this role depends on your ability to stay disciplined, consistent, and focused on execution.


Key Responsibilities:
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential prospects daily
• Send structured follow-up emails using provided templates and sequences
• Leave clear and professional voicemails
• Reach out via LinkedIn (connection requests and follow-ups)
• Track and maintain accurate records of all outreach activities
• Keep prospect data clean and updated
• Follow up consistently across multiple touchpoints



Eligibility:
• Freshers or early-career professionals interested in business development
• Willingness to commit to the role for at least one year


Skills & Requirements:
• Strong self-discipline and ability to manage daily tasks independently
• Comfortable working in a structured, repetitive outreach environment
• Consistency and patience, especially when results take time
• Professional and composed approach to rejection or non-responses
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Basic proficiency in digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM)
• Openness to using AI tools for productivity
• Genuine interest in learning how business revenue generation works
