About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workplace. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities across administration, facilities, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Administration & Operations

  • Manage and maintain office documentation, records, and filing systems
  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, supplies, and inventory management

2. Facility Management

  • Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance of office infrastructure
  • Coordinate with service providers for repairs, utilities, and general office needs
  • Manage seating arrangements, workspace planning, and office logistics

3. Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain compliance-related records and documentation
  • Support internal audits and ensure adherence to company policies
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping practices

4. IT Assets & Logistics Management

  • Track and manage IT assets such as laptops, accessories, and office equipment
  • Coordinate with IT teams/vendors for procurement, maintenance, and issue resolution
  • Maintain asset registers and support onboarding and offboarding logistics

5. Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support to internal teams as required
  • Handle on-ground coordination, errands, and cross-functional tasks
  • Support employee engagement activities and office events

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication skills in English and Tamil
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently
