About the Role
Are you passionate about recruitment and building a career in Human Resources? We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and an opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Schedule and manage interview logistics.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support offer rollout and onboarding activities.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
- Prepare recruitment reports and ensure timely updates.
Eligibility
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources (MBA HR/MSW HRM/MHRM or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates who have completed their PG are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- A keen interest in Talent Acquisition and learning recruitment best practices.
